二、主要零部件及工作原理
本排屑装置主要由箱体、输送链排、减速电机等主要部件组成。其中：减速马达为闽台品牌，型号：GL28-200-S3；减速比1：160；电源为380V、50HZ；功率0.2KW
排屑机主要工作原理：机床加工过程中产生的碎屑下落在由排屑器挡边围成的燕尾槽内链排上，减速电机转动带动链排沿一定轨道顺时针运动，带动切屑经过排屑器的平直段、圆弧段，抬头段，最后在排屑器上方的出屑口下落在集屑车内，集屑车装满后再将其运到其它集中废屑中。
